I understand that life happens and there may be a situation beyond your control which forces you to cancel or reschedule a booked lesson.
That said, this is a professional business that respects its students and expects the same in return.
In order not to lose business and out of respect to me and potential students who would have booked your time slot had it been available to them earlier:
I REQUIRE AT LEAST A 24-HOUR NOTICE TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE A LESSON in order for you to receive a refund which will be credited back to the card you used via the method you used.
LESS THAN A 24-HOUR NOTICE TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE A LESSON WILL RESULT IN NO REFUND.
